The captain deleted it for whatever reason.

You may still sign up teams, yes, you will just have to substitute into a bracket.

Or you can join an existing team, since rosters are open until the end of QR. You could even play for two teams in the same week, I don't care. During QR it's all fine. Just get your team set before QR ends.
