I removed the teams who didn't play in QR, since QR is over and those teams cannot therefore play in round 3.

For Round One I designated the last 7 or so teams as subsitutes because making a tenth bracket would have been disastrous. 6 of those 7 were one-man teams at the time I made brackets. I was pretty clear that those teams not in a bracket are substitutes, and could pretty easily find a spot if they bothered to show up. I even put it in a news post.

Every time I had a spot I went through that list and searched for online players, and never saw hide nor hair of those teams that were deleted.
